Solutions

Different operations. One governed path from conversation to follow-through.

Signalisys is organized around the operational jobs teams need to do, not around a generic AI bot. The same evidence, review, and accountability model can support different kinds of work.

Community operations

Catch member issues, requests, operating changes, and commitments that need follow-through without turning every conversation into a ticket.

  • Member requests
  • Policy or schedule changes
  • Operational exceptions

Team operations

Surface decisions, blockers, commitments, and changes from internal Discord channels so important work does not disappear into chat.

  • Decisions
  • Commitments
  • Blockers and changes

Support and success

Identify customer issues and explicit retention concerns, preserve the evidence, and let a person decide what needs action.

  • Support issues
  • Escalations
  • Explicit retention risk

Sales and growth

Surface explicit commercial intent, partnership requests, and product demand without profiling members or inferring opaque intent scores.

  • Commercial intent
  • Partnership requests
  • Product demand

Events and programs

Track registration problems, schedule changes, participant requests, and operating exceptions across fast-moving programs and events.

  • Registration issues
  • Schedule changes
  • Participant follow-up

A consistent operating model

The use case can change. The trust model should not.

Every proposed signal keeps its source evidence and review state. A person decides whether it should be approved, corrected, dismissed, reopened, or routed.

Today, approved work can remain in Signalisys as a native action. Connected routing to customer systems is part of the planned architecture, not a claim of current connector availability.
