What to know when an organization evaluates Signalisys in selected Discord channels.
The organization operating this Discord server may use Signalisys to process new messages in channels it specifically selects. Signalisys looks for possible decisions, commitments, issues, requests, and changes that a human reviewer may need to see.
The pilot does not import historical conversations, create generalized member profiles, independently contact participants, or automatically make decisions. A person reviews the source evidence before a proposal can become an action record.
Raw messages are deleted according to the workspace retention setting. A limited excerpt, the reviewer decision, an approved action, and audit history may remain longer for accountability. Avoid posting secrets or sensitive personal information in monitored channels.
Contact this Discord server’s administrators or the organization named in its own pilot announcement. They choose the monitored channels and reviewers and can coordinate access, correction, or deletion requests. More detail is available in the Privacy Notice.
