Security and governance

Control is part of the workflow, not an afterthought.

The Signalisys pilot is designed around explicit scope, organization isolation, evidence requirements, and human decision points.

Explicit observation scope

An administrator selects monitored channels. The pilot processes new messages in that scope and does not import historical server conversations.

Role-based workspace access

Owners, administrators, operators, reviewers, and viewers receive different permissions. Data access is constrained to organization membership.

Evidence before action

A proposal cannot be approved or routed without source evidence. Review actions and corrections remain auditable.

Native-only pilot records

The initial action workflow stays inside Signalisys. No GitHub, CRM, or webhook credential is required, and reviewed conversation data is not routed externally.

Pilot readiness checklist

Document the channels in scope
Notify the affected community or team
Choose accountable reviewers
Set the retention period
Define acceptable signal categories
Establish a deletion and escalation contact
